What are Vascular Laser treatments?
Vascular lasers are used to treat a variety of skin concerns related to redness and visible blood vessels. These treatments can effectively improve broken capillaries, facial redness, rosacea, angiomas, acne-related redness, vascular scars, and port wine stains. Certain vascular lasers can also improve skin discoloration caused by sun damage, including sun spots and freckles.
At SkinLaB, vascular treatments are performed using advanced laser technology such as the Lutronic Clarity II laser, which allows us to safely and precisely target blood vessels and redness while protecting the surrounding skin.
How are Vascular Laser treatments performed?
The laser is performed as quick office procedure and only takes about 20 minutes. It feels like a mild, brief stinging sensation as the laser targets certain areas on the skin. It is very well-tolerated and no anesthetic is required.
What can I expect after treatment?
After treatment, it is normal to experience temporary redness and mild swelling in the treated areas. In some cases, mild bruising may occur but usually resolves within a few days.
Most patients are able to return to normal activities the following day. Applying ice periodically during the first 24 hours can help minimize swelling. Sun exposure should be avoided before and after treatment, and your provider will provide guidance on how to best protect your skin while it heals.
How many treatments are required?
The number of treatments needed varies depending on the specific condition being treated and the severity of the concern. Most patients benefit from a series of 2–4 treatments spaced about 4–6 weeks apart for optimal results. Periodic maintenance treatments may be recommended to help maintain results over time.

Pricing typically ranges from $350–$650 per treatment, depending on the area being treated.
